You will receive an email confirmation from our Reservations Coordinator. If your dates are available, you will be further instructed to provide a signed contract and submit the deposit amount.
Reservations are honored on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit is required to hold all reservations.

We have streamlined our rates to make it easier to plan and budget for your event. Remember, all rental income generated goes directly to our operational costs that and allows us to keep our doors open!
1-10 people: $150 per night
11-20 people: $225 per night
21-35 people: $350 per night
35 or more people: $10 per person per night
Up to 50 people: $200 per day
includes use of picnic shelter and lodge
50 or more people: $350 per day
Pool use is an additional $50 per day
Additional charge for certified lifeguard, if available.
Donations are always welcome!
